Android 16 was created by Dr. Gero. he was activated by Android 17 and 18. Android 16 likes nature and hate fighting. When 17 was having a hard time fighting Imperfect Cell, 16 takes the stand and fights cell and then 16 overpowers cell and defeat him. 16 told 17 to run but 17 refused.
